Q: How long do I have to wait before receiving my order?

For domestic shipping, you should receive your order within 5 business days. For shipments to overseas countries, delivery time is within 2 to 17 working days, depending upon the destination country.

Q: What do you charge for shipping an order?

We charge SGD 6 flat rate on shipping for every order delivery to Singapore. For overseas shipment, please refer to the shipping rates table under “Shipping Information” for indicative rates.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: How do I track my order (for international shipping)?

Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email that will provide a tracking number. You may view the progress of your shipment on www.singpost.com by entering the tracking number provided in the email.

You can also view your tracking number for your order in your order history.

Q: Will I have to sign for my package?

The shipping company will require a signature upon delivery, and you will have to make payment for any applicable domestic taxes.

Q: Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes you can. When placing your order there will be a separate shipping address section. When entering your billing address, please make sure it is what your credit card/bank has on file for you.

Q: I accidentally placed an order with the incorrect shipping address.  What should I do?

Please send us an email immediately and we will update the address, if the order has not already been shipped.

Q: Is it possible to overnight an order?

We do not offer overnight service.

Q: What are the shipping charges for returning an order?

Shipping charges on returned orders are borne by you, and charges depend on your chosen method of shipping and freight forwarder.

Q: Can I return my purchase?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund within 14 days of purchase date for domestic purchases, and within 60 days of purchase date for purchases shipped outside of Singapore. Returns must be unworn, in its original condition and in the original packaging/ shoe box. For returned items from Singapore, a shipping charge of SGD 6 will be payable if the Free Shipping option was chosen on the original order.

Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Once we received your returned item(s), its condition will be inspected by our customer service department. If accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays). Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take a few more days for the credit to be posted to your account. Please contact your credit card company for more information.

Q: What if I receive a wrong item(s)?

If we have made an error with your order, we apologize and shall rectify your order as soon as possible. (2) Once you receive our email approval for the return, follow our return policy to return the merchandise. We will reimburse you for your reasonable return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise. Shipping reimbursement will be credited back to the original purchase credit card or original payment method.

Q: The item received has some slight defects. Can I return it?

Q: What if I want to cancel my order?

Please note that it is not possible to cancel if the item has already been shipped.

Items purchased online cannot be returned to our affilated stores.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Shooz4kidz.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery Card and PayPal for all orders. We accept international credit cards.

Q: How do I use my Coupon code?

Enter the coupon code in the Coupon Code box prior to checking out.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes! The Site incorporates Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) for all financial transactions. This encrypted technology makes it safer to transmit your credit card information over the Internet. We take several electronic, physical and administrative measures to safeguard your information from unauthorized access.

Q: Do we charge GST or sales tax on our products?

Singapore GST is already included in the sale price. For customer orders outside of Singapore, customers have to pay their destination country applicable sales tax upon taking delivery of the merchandise.

Q: Troubleshooting PayPal payments

Depending on a number of factors, you could run into problems when paying at PayPal. Some common issues are:

I am not getting redirected to PayPal at all

Your browser's PayPal cookies might be messed up; you may try deleting your cookies to fix this.

PayPal is not accepting my credit card

Please double check the data you entered at PayPal's form. If everything is correct, chances are that you actually do own a PayPal account and that your credit card is associated with that PayPal account. If this is the case, then you will only be able to pay with that card by logging into your PayPal account. If this is too much trouble, then just try paying with a different credit card.

I can't find a "Don't have a PayPal account?" option

Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow direct credit card payments in all cases. Sometimes it is because of your location, or sometimes PayPal might believe by checking your browser's cookies that you actually own a PayPal account. You might try deleting your cookies to get around this.
